My friend wants to see a 3D Movie and i kinda what do i do?

Its transformers dark of the moon he wants to see it in 3D and i sort
of.i have been reading about 3D headaches and dizzines and the movie
is 2 hours and 30 minutes long so its a long time for 3D.How do we
decide what to do?
